Mixed feelings on delivery and product

I purchased a Mug Press and some Sublimation Tumblers. The mug press itself works great, and the tumblers sublimate nicely, so I'm happy with the product quality. However, the delivery was a bit slow; it took over a week to get here, which felt a little long. Also, the packaging for the tumblers could have been better; a few of the boxes were dented, though the tumblers inside were fine. Customer service was responsive when I asked about the shipping delay. Good value for the press, but shipping could use some improvement.
